We have lovely, warm-hearted, small congregation who are part of a chapel presence in Kingsteignton that stretches back over 200 years. Nobody is a stranger for long.
A fairly traditional format with an informal style - hymns, prayers, sermon... sometimes tea and cake!
All the familiar "special" services at Christmas, Easter, harvest, remembrance.
With Coffee Mornings, direct giving and other special events we financially support many organisations local to Kingsteignton and across the world.
There are many things we can't do, but we can support those who can.
Bingo, scrabble, snakes & Ladders, quizzes - all kinds of board games and activities.
A fun and welcoming group which tries to combat some of the isolation people can feel living alone or when family have moved away.
a home for many
We maintain premises which currently accomodate a Guild, art groups, a toddler group, bowls group, drumming group, the History Society and many other town fundraising events, family parties and spillover space for the school.
We all need someone to turn to, someone we can call. Our team of dedicated Elders offer support and a listening ear to all our members and regular worshipers.
Our members also offer one another help and support.
